The petitioners are students of the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) course, 2008 batch. According to them, they had appeared for the final year examination as early as in July 2013 and the results were published in December, 2013. They complain that even after the publication of results, the University has not taken any steps to conduct the supplementary examinations, till date. 2. Advocate V.A.Muhammed, the standing counsel for the University submits on instructions that the supplementary examinations are scheduled to be conducted from 18.06.2014 onwards.
In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of recording the same and in terms thereof.
