The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Revision being Revision No. 01/2013-2014 (Computerized Case No. C201402000011), under Section 219 of the Uttar Pradesh land Revenue Act, 1901, filed challenging the order dated 6.12.2013 was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the case be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Case.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Revision being Revision No. 01/2013-2014 (Computerized Case No. C201402000011), under Section 219 of the Uttar Pradesh land Revenue Act, 1901, be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
