Petitioner was examined medically by a three Member of Medical Board. Medical Board has also found that petitioner suffers from colour blindness.
In view of the fact that three Members of Medical Board has also taken the same view as was taken by the Medical Board and Appellate Medical Board, as such no interference in the matter is, therefore, called for.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
Copy of the report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
