The petitioners are before this Court for a direction to second respondent i.e. District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur (DIOS, Jaunpur) to accord approval/ financial sanction to the appointment of the petitioners and to ensure their salaries within stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the management has already sent relevant papers to DIOS, Jaunpur on 20.9.2017 (Annexure No.9 to the writ petition) and as such direction may be issued to the DIOS to consider the same within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the DIOS, Jaunpur to look into the grievance of the petitioners and pass appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after taking necessary comment from the concerned Committee of Management.
