Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Habib Ahmad for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 as also learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The contention of counsel for the petitioner is that a notice were issued to him for payment of some alleged outstanding by the Bank.
The petitioner has furnished his reply, which has not been considered by the Bank.
Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 states that the same shall be considered and appropriate orders shall be passed on the reply to the notice that has been furnished by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
The petition therefore, stands disposed of in term of the statement of counsel for the respondent Bank.
