Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By means of this petition, the petitioner has challenged an order dated 30.01.2018 passed by the District Magistrate, Chandauli on a representation filed by the petitioner.
Against the order impugned, the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy of a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which has not been availed.
Under the circumstances, this petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of a statutory alternative remedy.
