Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents No. 2 - Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Kaptanganj, District Kushi Nagar, to decide the case No. 00624/2019, Computerized Case No. T201905440600624 (Vindhyachal V/s Om Prakash and others) U/S 24 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the court Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mandal Gorakhpur, Tehsil Kaptanganj, District Kushi Nagar, within stipulated time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
It is stated that proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for demarcation are pending since the year 2016.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the proceedings as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
