JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Prakash Krishna,J.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner accepts the liability as mentioned in the notice dated 16.06.2011, Annexure-1 to the writ petition, of Rs.13,15,500/-. He submits that he may be allowed some reasonable time to deposit the amount.
The petitioner is directed to deposit 1/4th of the amount on or before 15th May, 2012. No further proceedings shall be initiated in pursuance of the notice dated 16.06.2011.
List the petition on 21st May, 2012 to consider the prayer of the petitioner for giving reasonable time to deposit the balance amount.
