Heard Mr.Vinayakrao S.Desai, Party-in-Person for a considerable period of time.

Looking to the facts, circumstances and nature of the case, this Court appoints Mr.Mehul S.Shah, learned advocate to be amicus curiae.

Party-in-Person has taken the Court through the averments made in the petition as well as the documents on record. However due to paucity of time, the Court could not hear his oral submissions.
