After hearing learned Advocate for the petitioner and after going through the materials on record, we find that the appellant has made out a strong prima-facie case to permit the unit of the petitioner to start functioning for a trial run for a period of one month from today. Meantime, respondent No.1 Gujarat Pollution Control Board will revisit the premises of the petitioner and see whether the unit has complied with all the formalities as required under the law and to submit a report within a month. Next course of action would be decided after going through the report that may be submitted by Gujarat Pollution Control Board. Let the matter appear after one month. A copy of this order be served upon Gujarat Pollution Control Board and also the concerned Electricity company which supplies electricity to the petitioner's unit. Direct service on Gujarat Pollution Control Board is permitted.
