The Oriental Insurance Company, Branch Office, Thiruvarur. ..Respondents Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the order dated 17.02.2006 passed in I.A.No.16 of 2006 in MCOP.No.674 of 2004, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore, to set aside the same.
For Petitioner : Mr.R.Muralidharan For Respondents : No Appearance O R D E R The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 03.01.2016, stating that already there was a settlement arose in this matter out of the Court before the Tribunal and to that effect, he has also sent a copy of the documents, but the petitioner has not responded. Hence, he sent a registered notice on 28.02.2014 duly acknowledged by the petitioner. Even, after receipt of the notice, the petitioner has not responded to the counsel. He has produced the memo as well as the notice with acknowledgement due. Therefore, it is made clear that the petitioner is not interested to proceed the case.
2.Recording the said memo, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
