The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to stay the transfer or sale of property situated in Survey No.227/3 in Thirumuttakode-II Village, pending disposal of the writ petition. The petitioner submits that before the civil court pass any order in the matter and sale take place, she will be thrown out of the property. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction directing the first respondent not to effect transfer or sale of the property situated in Survey No.227/3 in Thirumuttakode-II Village, for a period of ten days. There shall also be a direction to the first respondent to issue certified copy of the sale deed No.6239/12 to the petitioner within three days.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
