JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner's contention is that, the loan, which is availed by the fourth respondent from the third respondent, for which the petitioner and respondents 5 and 6 stood as sureties, was satisfied by effecting deductions from the salary of the petitioner and the fifth respondent. In any event, the third respondent can continue the recovery, only if there is any pending dues in the loan account availed by the fourth respondent. Any amount satisfied from the sureties for the satisfaction of the loan account of the fourth respondent would enable the sureties to recover the same from the original borrower, in accordance with law. Since satisfaction has been recorded, the petitioner shall produce a certified copy of this judgment before the third respondent, within a period of two weeks from today. The third respondent shall issue a statement of accounts, showing the W.P.(C)No.9579 of 2009 -:2:-
deductions from the salary of the sureties, with respect to the loan availed of by the fourth respondent. Petitioner's remedy against such statement shall be left open.
Writ petition is dismissed.
K. Vinod Chandran, Judge.
