Heard Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.
By means of this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the court below to decide Misc. Case No. 61 of 2012 (Vinay Pratap Vs. Amar Nath and others) that was instituted under Order 39 Rule 2A C.P.C.
In this petition, neither copy of the plaint of the suit nor the order of the court below alleging violation of which the application under Order 39 Rule 2A was filed is enclosed and neither is the certified copy of the order sheet of the court below filed before this Court.
This petition is lacking in material particular and hence it is dismissed. However, as prayed, it is open to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with better particulars and all documents.
