1. Heard Sri Anand Prakash Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for State of U.P. and Sri Shyam Krishna Gupta, learned counsel for respondent no. 4.
2. It is stated that National Commission for Schedule Caste has made some enquiry from District Magistrate. His response to the same is still awaited.
3. That being so, it is for the National Commission to look into the matter. No mandamus can be issued to District Magistrate to enquire into caste certificate issued by Teshildar.
4. Writ petition is wholly misconceived. Dismissed.
