JUDGMENT / ORDER

The writ petition is directed only against the show-cause notice issued by the Zila Basic Shiksha Adhikari. The allegations are basically that the petitioner has utilised marks-sheets of another person for seeking appointment in the Parishadiya Vidyalaya.
I am of the considered opinion that the questions as raised in the letter of the Basic Shiksha Adhikari need be answered by the petitioner. If the allegation is found to be true, he may be removed from service, or else suitable action shall be taken. Therefore, the petitioner must respond to the notice.
No good ground is made out for interference with the impugned notice.
The petition is dismissed.
