Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide Restoration No. 8770 of 2016 Computer Case No. T 201905310703879 (Rajkumari Devi vs. Gauri Shnaker) under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code-2006 within a stipulated period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1-Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil Gola, District Gorakhpur to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months, provided there is no other legal impediment and provided that the functioning of the Court is not affected due to COVID-19 Pandemic and lawyers are not abstaining from work.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, present petition is finally disposed of.
