JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Het Singh Yadav,J.
After some arguments, Shri S.P.S. Parmar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner wants to withdraw the present Writ Petition, and therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the statement made above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
It is made clear that no liberty is being given to the petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition on the same cause of action.
Shri Raj Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent no.1, Smt. Archana Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and Shri Vikas Budhwar, learned counsel for the respondent no.3, are present.
