1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned standing counsel who appears on behalf of the State-respondents.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of transfer made by the Chief Development Officer, Firozabad attaching the petitioner to the office of the District Panchayat Raj Officer.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that he was not given any opportunity to explain that he was on leave on 05.10.2018 and 06.10.2018. He has not even been served with a copy of the order which is punitive in nature.
4. This Court has perused the order impugned. It does not find any good ground to interfere in the order impugned.
5. The petitioner says that he has not been served with a copy of the impugned order but only a whats-app message was received by him. He has not joined in the office of the District Panchayat Raj Officer till date and is working in his office at Ekka, Firozabad.
6. The petitioner is directed to immediately join to avoid any disciplinary proceeding being initiated against him. In case the petitioner joins within a period of two weeks from today, then, his representation already made to the Chief Development Officer shall be considered and the Chief Development Officer shall pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law.
7. The writ petition stands disposed off.
