Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.C. Upadhyay learned Brief Holder for the State.
Although, the learned counsel for the petitioner has assailed the order of transfer, he submits that the ends of justice would merit the petitioner being permitted to represent against the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that the petitioner shall join the place of posting within 10 days and represent his case to the third respondent within two weeks, from today.
Sri Upadhyay for the State states that in case the petitioner joins the place of posting as per the statement made above and continues to work on that post any representation that may be made within a period of two weeks from today, shall be considered and disposed of by the third respondent in accordance with law and within a period of one month therefrom.
Accordingly and in light of the statement so made, which is recorded and accepted, nothing further survives on this petition, which shall in consequence stand disposed of.
