The present application has been filed by the applicant under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the prayer to direct the Additional Court under Section 138 N. I. Act, Court No. 1, Allahabad to decide complaint case no. 3434 of 2016 (Vinay Kumar Singh Chandel Vs. Sri Gopi Krishna Pandey), under Section 138 N. I. Act, Police Station Cantt., district Allahabad pending before him expeditiously.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously fixing short dates, as provided in the Statute itself, if there is no other legal impediment.
Both the parties are hereby directed to co-operate the court concerned in deciding the aforesaid matter and no unnecessary adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties.
With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
