Heard Mr. Siddharth Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ashok Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for respondents-authority.
Counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents-authority to seek interest on the amount paid/deposited by him from the date of deposit till 8.11.2013, the date on which, the Development Authority in its 100th meeting, took a decision to cancel the allotment.
The petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed. If the petitioner makes an application, the respondents-authority may consider it on merits in accordance with law.
