In view of the above, we are satisfied that the matter is squarely covered by our earlier decisions, therefore, in view of the order dated 26.02.2019 passed in Special Appeal Defective No. 191 of 2019 (Rambir Singh Vs. State of U.P. and 2 Ors.), this appeal is also dismissed.
Apart from this, there is a delay of more than 800 days in filing the appeal.
Accordingly, the special appeal stands dismissed both on the ground of delay and also being devoid of merits.
