Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri I.S. Tomar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.
The petitioner assails an order of transfer dated 07 July 2021 pursuant to which he has been moved from Deoria to Sultanpur. Learned counsel for the petitioner apprises the Court that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has already joined at Sultanpur. He prays for directions being framed for the second respondent considering the representation that he proposes to make highlighting the personal difficulties being faced by him on account of the order of transfer in light of his wife being employed at Gorakhpur and the two minor school going children.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent states that subject to the petitioner continuing to work at the place where he is posted and making a representation for the purposes of bringing to the attention of the second respondent the personal difficulties that the petitioner faces within two weeks from today, the same shall be duly evaluated and a final decision in respect thereof communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of three months therefrom.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
