Affidavit of compliance has been filed on behalf of President of the Town Area Committee, Jhushi, Allahabad.
Learned counsel for the Town Area Committee submitted that except petitioner no. 1, who did not turn up and petitioner no. 8, who died, the payments have been made to all other petitioners. The acknowledgment of such petitioners has been taken, which is Annexure-1 to the affidavit of compliance.
Sri Abhishek Kumar Srivastava, who appears on behalf of petitioner no. 1, has received a Cheque No. 349871 for Rs.19,687/- today in the Court and given the acknowledgment. He submitted that the cheque is not for the entire outstanding dues. If it is so, let the petitioner no. 1 may give the complete details of the outstanding dues within a period of two weeks.
List in second week of January, 2013. The President of the Town Area Committee, Jhushi, Allahabad need not to appear in person.
