2- Learned counsel for the respondent states that in compliance of the order 13.12.2005, no compliance was made by the petitioner and no amount of maintenance has been paid.
3- Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed in default for want of prosecution as well as for non-compliance of the order dated 13.12.2005. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
4- Copy of this order be transmitted to the court concerned to proceed in accordance with law.
