JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) FIRST APPEAL No. 2056 of 2011 ADMIT.
Learned advocate for the appellant shall prepare eight informal sets of paper book containing all relevant papers within four weeks from the date of service of notice of arrival of the Record and Proceedings. The appeal be thereafter treated as ready for final hearing, and after serving a copy thereof on the learned advocate for the respondent, it will be open for the learned advocate for the appellant to mention the matter for expeditious hearing.
CIVIL APPLICATION No. 7199 of 2011 Since we have already admitted the appeal, we are of the opinion that during the pendency of this appeal, the respondent should be restrained from contracting further marriage. We accordingly dispose of this application by restraining the respondent husband from contracting further marriage during the pendency of the appeal.
The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
