Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Petitioner applied for the claim under the Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Sarvhit Bima Yojana on account of the death of her husband Sanjesh Singh.
The claim of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that her husband was working on a petrol pump and as such was not a farmer and that he had not died an accidental death but he was murdered.
In view of the above reasons, the claim of the petitioner is not the one covered under the aforesaid scheme as petitioner was not a farmer and had not died any accidental death.
