The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Mutation Case No.T201715515602981 of 2017 (Vinita Vs. Nagendra) under section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Ghosi, District Mau may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Mutation Case No.T201715515602981 of 2017 (Vinita Vs. Nagendra) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
