JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Counter affidavit filed in Court, is taken on record.
2. Shri Sameer Kalia, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent State has pointed out from paragraphs 6 and 7 that the petitioner had obtained 300.03 Quality Point Marks as against cut of merit of 274.47 Quality Point Marks.
3. Under the circumstances, order dated 14.3.2014 has been passed. Case of the petitioner has been approved for selection for special B.T.C. course. Order dated 14.3.2014 has been appended as Annexure No.SA-1.
4. Considering the contents of paragraphs 6 and 7 of counter affidavit dated 1.4.2014 filed by Shri Sarvendra Vikram Bahadur Singh, Director, State Counsel for Education Research and Training, U.P. the petition has been rendered infructuous.
5. In view of the above, petition is disposed of as infructuous.
