JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in Crime No. 13 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.
2. It is submitted that, pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioner and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves.
3. Both the learned counsel have identified the de-facto complainant, who is present before this Court today. In order to identify the petitioners, they have submitted the photo copies of their Aadhar Cards viz.,1.J.VinothRaj  487130685925 and 2.E.Jeevanantham - 814710031586 and after verification of the original, the same are recorded.
4. Today, an Affidavit dated 14.11.2017 was also filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant to the effect that she has no objection to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 13 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent police.
5. Recording the same, the proceedings in Crime No. 13 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent police is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
6. The Affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant dated 14.11.2017 shall form part of the order.
