JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 7
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 12501 of 2018 Petitioner :- Vinita Mishra Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Amresh Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Dinesh Kumar Singh,J.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Initially, the petitioner filed this writ petition with the prayer that she should be allowed to appear in the Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination, 2018. Vide order dated 24th May, 2018, this Court allowed the petitioner to appear in the said examination. However, it was also ordered that the result of the petitioner would be declared only after taking leave from this Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the result of the said examination has been declared on 13th August, 2018, but the result of the petitioner has not been declared as the same could not be declared without leave granted by this Court. He prays that the respondents may be granted leave for declaring result of the petitioner, who appeared in the said examination.
Learned Chief Standing Counsel, appearing for the State, states that there is no hurdle in declaring the result of the petitioner, who was allowed to sit in the said examination.
Considering the aforesaid aspects of the matter, the respondents may proceed to declare the result of the petitioner as well.
Since nothing remains in this writ petition for further adjudication, the writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations/directions.
