Heard Sri Vidhu Bhushan Kalia holding brief of Sri Shobhit Mohan Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents.
There is consensus at bar that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court passed in a bunch of petitions, the leading petition being Writ Petition No.18904 (SS) of 2019 in re: Manju Lata vs. State of U.P. and others, decided on 13.08.2019, a copy of which is Annexure-9 to the petition.
Accordingly taking into consideration the aforesaid consensus, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment aforesaid passed in the case of Manju Lata (supra). It is provided that the benefit of the judgment passed in the case of Manju Lata (supra) would also be extended to the petitioner.
While issuing certified copy of this order, certified copy of the judgment passed in the case of Manju Lata (supra) shall also be issued.
