Heard Mr. Kandarp Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
By means of the present application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for a direction to the court below, namely, the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 1, Meerut to expedite the hearing of the Misc. Case No.2784 of 2018, arising out of Original Case No. 4153 of 2012, (Vimlesh vs. Dr. Ravindra Kuamr), under Section 31 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Kankarkheda, District Meerut.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the Court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned case with all expedition, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the application is finally disposed of.
