No one appears to press the present writ petition on behalf of the petitioner.
Despite sufficient time granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he has not come out with any plausible explanation for the appointment letter dated 12.12.2003 being forged document as demonstrated by Sri Ram Bilas Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the District Basic Education Officer, Agra.
For the aforesaid, the challenge to the order dated 18.2.2019 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Agra is found devoid of merits and the writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
