1. Heard Mr.H.M.Parikh, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr.Rohan Yagnik, learned AGP for the respondent - State.
2. Mr.Parikh, learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that similar issue is considered by this Court in Special Civil Application No.965 of 2010. He submitted that the petitioner has deposited Rs.21 lacs Page 1 of 2 HC-NIC Page 1 of 2 Created On Fri Sep 22 00:34:07 IST 2017 C/SCA/4297/2011 ORDER approximately towards the issuance of royalty pass and for cost of material which is to be lifted would be around Rs.5 lacs.
3. The respondentauthority is directed to issue duly stamped royalty passbooks to the petitioner within a period of 20 (twenty) days. Direct service is permitted.
4. Office is directed to list this matter for final hearing in seriatim.
