Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
'i) issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil Farenda, District Maharajganj to consider and decide the Case No.T2017054752041928 (Vimla Vs. Shri Ram) under Section 34 of L.R. Act, pending before respondent no.3, within a stipulated period.
It has been stated that a mutation case filed by the petitioner is pending consideration since the year 2017.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3 i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil Farenda, District Maharajganj to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
