Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respndents.
The grievance of the petitioner is that his peaceful possession on plot Nos. 65/1 and 65/2 is being interfered with the respondents.
In case, as alleged, certain private respondent are interfering in petitioner's possession over the land belonging to him, petitioner may, if so advised, institute a suit for injunction for redressal of her grievances.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
