This appeal has been filed by Smt. Vimla Devi against the opposite parties who were acquitted in appeal by Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kanpur vide judgment and order dated 8.7.1982 in Criminal Appeal No. 231/M/81 of 1981. By the impugned order, the appellate court had set aside the order dated 8.12.1981 passed by Metropolitan Magistrate, Kanpur in Complaint Case No. 1328 of 1980 instituted by the appellant/complainant.
This appeal is against acquittal of the opposite parties by the first appellate court and none is present on behalf of the appellant even in the revised list.

The Court has perused the impugned order and the material available on record.
After perusal of the impugned order, this Court is of the view that the view taken by the first appellate court is one of the possible views.
No interference is called for in the acquittal order passed by the first appellate court.
This appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution as well as on merits.
