JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Saurabh Lavania,J.
By means of this writ petition petitioner has prayed for recounting of ballot papers and not to issue certificate of Gram Pradhan of Gram Panchayat-Bhavniyapur Ramgadhi, Tehsil Nanpara, District Bahraich to the opposite party No.6.
If the petitioner has any grievance with respect to elections and has locus in the matter the remedy is to file an election petition under Section 12-C of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act.
This writ petition is not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed.
