Aggrieved by the order dated 5.2.2015, a Restoration Application dated 8.6.2017 had been filed by the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said Restoration Application was not being decided. A prayer has, therefore, made for expeditious disposal of the Restoration Application dated 8.6.2017.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is directed that the Restoration Application dated 8.6.2017 be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
