The present writ petition has been filed challenging the orders dated 23.12.2000, 22.12.2017 and 16.3.2012 passed by respondent no.1 in different revisions and reviews filed by the petitioner in proceedings arising out of Section 34 of the U.P Land Revenue Act, 1901. The proceedings are summary in nature which do not finally decide the title of the parties. The petitioner has a remedy to institute appropriate proceedings for declaration of his rights.
In view of the aforesaid, it is not a fit case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition is dismissed.
