ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned High Court Government Pleader.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the cancellation of the Caste Certificate obtained by the petitioner declaring him as belonging to the scheduled caste category, a FIR came to be registered on a complaint by the CRE Cell. On enquiry from this Court it is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cancellation of the Caste Certificate is on the premise that the same has been fraudulently obtained and it is fairly submitted that as on today there is no stay of the order canceling the Caste Certificate. Hence this Court does not find any ground which would necessitate entertaining the petition. The petition being devoid of merits stands dismissed.
