THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Learned HCGP submitted that, the notice issued to the complainant has been served.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused and the learned HCGP for the Respondent –State. Perused the records.
3. This Court has already granted an interim bail to the petitioner- Smt. Vimetha Rajendran considering the facts and circumstances of this case. Therefore, there is no reason to deviate from the observation made by this Court while granting interim bail to the petitioner. Hence, the interim bail holds good even during the pendency of the trial before the trial Court.
4. In the above circumstances, the petition is allowed. The interim bail granted to the petitioner- Smt. Vimetha Rajendran by this Court, is hereby made absolute. However, the petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the trial Court and execute her personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) with one surety for the like-sum to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional trial court.
The rest of the conditions shall remain undisturbed.
