Mr.Haresh H.Patel, learned advocate for the petitioner, submits that it is endorsed on the Board that notice issued to respondent No.4 has remained unserved, whereas the petitioner has served respondent No.4 directly and the affidavit of direct service has also been filed and is on record.
The Registry to verify and ensure that such discrepancies do not crop up time and again. Registry to be more careful while making endorsements so that the court may not be led to passing factually incorrect orders.
The correct endorsement be made on the Board on the next date of hearing.
List the matter on 23-4-2012.
The status-quo order granted earlier, shall continue till then.
This order be brought to the notice of the Registrar (Judicial).
