JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner feeling aggrieved by the rejection of transfer of registry by the 2nd respondent, approached the first respondent by filing Ext.P5 appeal under Rule 18 of the Transfer of Registry Rules. Due to non consideration of Ext.P5, the petitioner approached this Court. 2. In view of the pendency of Ext.P5, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P5 and take appropriate decision thereon, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
