Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the District Inspector of Schools, the third respondent herein states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being left open, the issue of grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the said respondent with expedition and preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. It is further stated that proceedings shall be undertaken with due notice to the fourth respondent.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
