Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Ajal Krishna, learned counsel who appears for respondent Nos.2 to 4.
The contractual engagement of the petitioners has been brought to an end by means of the impugned order of 15 September 2020. Bearing in mind the decision rendered by a Division Bench in Rajesh Bhardwaj Vs. Union of India [2019 (2) ADJ 830] the Court finds no ground to entertain a challenge to the order impugned.
