Ref:- Criminal Misc. Time Extension Application No.1 of 2019 Learned Office Bearers of High Court Bar Association informed that today lawyers are abstain from judicial work pursuant to resolution dated 28.08.2019 of High Court Bar Association, Allahabad. Resolution dated 28.08.2019 has also been circulated to the Courts with request that no adverse order may be passed in cases on Board which are unattended by counsel for either side on 29.08.2019.
Case called out. No one is present on behalf of the applicants. Learned AGA for the State is present.
This is the first time extension application moved on behalf of the applicants and the basic prayer as made in the present 482 petition is not being changed/altered and only time for depositing the amount of Rs. 10,000/- before the Mediation and Reconciliation Centre of this Court pursuant to order dated 22.7.2019 passed by this Court has been sought.
It is thus prayed that two weeks further time may be granted to deposit the amount of Rs.10,000/- before the Mediation and Reconciliation Centre of this Court pursuant to order dated 22.7.2019 passed by this Court.
Accordingly, time extension application is allowed.
Ten days and no more time from today is granted to the applicants for depositing the amount of Rs.10,000/- before the Mediation Centre of this Court pursuant to order dated 22.7.2019 passed by this Court.
In case, the applicants do not deposit the above mentioned amount within the extended period, no further time shall be granted.
