Ref: Criminal Misc. Correction Application No. 1 of 2018 Heard Sri Manoj Nigam, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Gyan Prakash, learned counsel for the CBI.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary corrections in the prayer clause of the correction application as well as in the memo of bail application.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 21.5.2018 is corrected as follows :
In the 2nd line of 6th paragraph after the text "Case Crime No. 04A of 2015" the text "RC/DST/ 2015/A/004/CBI/STF/DLI, under Section 120-B, IPC r/w, 409, 420, 466, 467, 469, 471 IPC and Section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d) of PC Act, 1988, Police Station- Central Bureau of Investigation, New Delhi" shall be read as the text "Special Case No.03.2017 RC No. DST/2015/A/0004/STF/New Delhi under Sections 120-B, IPC r/w, 420, 468, 471 IPC & Section 13 (2) r/w 13(1)(d) of PC Act, 1988 and substantive offences under Section 420, 468, 471 IPC & Section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d) of PC Act, 1988, Police Station- SBI/STF/New Delhi".
